AssertionError报错求助

AssertionError请问这个报错如何解决？用新ui启动或者是脚本启动都是出现这个问题，按照up所说开启了全局模式也同样出现这种问题，请问如何解决？

您好，按照您的教程已经把相关文件放进文件夹里头了，但是目前出现了新的问题，希望得到您的解答，以下是报错内容：

这个问题已经在1.3.2c版中解决了，你去升级吧
